You have up to 3 custom workouts per week with one session coached and motivated live by Coach Trush 1:1 via a zoom call weekly.
Accountability calls round out your plan, with 4 check-ins included.
Fitness should not be one size fits all, which is why Coach Trush excels at creating custom programming that engages and challenges you, while taking into consideration where you train, what equipment you have available, as well as your unique history, obstacles and goals.
After your consultation, Coach Trush will send you a liability waiver and training agreement, once this agreement is completed you will receive a billing statement via email. The statement will have full payment for 1 month upfront. Pricing varies depending on coaching frequency.
