Outside of coaching, I’m deep in the joy and challenge of raising my baby—my most important job. I recharge in nature, soaking up fresh air and grounding moments. I love reading non-fiction, especially about health, behavior, and personal growth. I’m also learning a new language (slowly but surely!) and always down for clever wordplay—stand-up comedy is my favorite way to unwind and laugh at life’s absurdities. Growth, curiosity, and connection fuel everything I do—in and out of the gym.

women are likely to experience a long-term health problem caused by
childbirth. These issues can range from low back pain, urinary incontinence,
dialysis recti, perineal pain and the list goes on.
Having a consistent fitness routine can help.
Regardless of your health status, is never to late to make changes and
improve the quality of your lifestyle.
My digital coaching combines flexibility with support. We use Zoom for scheduled sessions, but you're not locked into rigid times—you can reschedule as needed (just complete sessions within your training block). You'll also receive personalized workouts, check-ins, and resources you can use on your own time. Whether you're squeezing in movement during naps or sneaking in stretches before bed, I’ve got you.
In-person training is designed to make fitness accessible and stress-free for busy moms. I travel to you — bringing all the equipment we need — so you can train in the comfort of your home without needing childcare or extra prep.
Once we confirm you're within my travel zone, we'll schedule a session that works for your routine. I tailor each workout to your goals, space, and energy level that day — baby in arms, toys on the floor, or toddler in tow... it all works.
My coaching is designed for moms—meaning it’s built to be flexible, understanding, and real-life friendly. I know routines with little ones can change by the hour, so I offer a no-penalty rescheduling policy. Life happens! If you need to move a session, you can do so without extra fees—just make sure all sessions are completed before the end of your training block. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits your season, not the other way around.
I offer multiple payment structures and training plans, so that you have flexibility in how often you train and how much you invest.
