Beat the Winter Blues with Movement and Mom community

Move More, Stress Less!

Winter routines, limited daylight, and added stress can take a real toll on mental health. Join us at the Baraboo Children’s Museum for a LIIT-style movement pop-up designed to boost energy, reduce stress, and support your mood. Research shows that regular physical activity and social connection are linked to lower symptoms of anxiety and depression, which can be worsened during the winter months and with Seasonal Affective Depressive Disorder (SADD).

This session focuses on accessible, low-impact interval training that gets your body moving without burnout, paired with the power of mom community. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can move with intention, build strength, and leave feeling more energized and grounded.
