A Mother myself, with five plus years in the fitness industry, I have specializations in many areas but my passion is Pre- & Post Natal training. My goal is to make fitness accessible, whether you're training at a box gym, or from home.

 Mothers are often under-served in the fitness industry when it comes to addressing the unique challenges and triumphs of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the demands of raising children. I  develop programs designed specifically with these needs in mind.
